Leaders and professionals from across the state are invited to attend the 2024 Toward One Wisconsin Conference (T1W 2024) on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, taking place in Eau Claire on May 7 and 8. Early bird ticket pricing expires on April 7, and the discounted hotel block rate ends on April 12. Register at t1w.org to secure your spot!
T1W 2024 will bring together hundreds of attendees from diverse backgrounds to have crucial conversations around the work of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and how to move from talk to action.
Attendees can look forward to breakout presentations in the four conference tracks, which provide collaborative and innovative approaches, best practices, cutting edge research, and success stories. These tracks provide opportunities for anyone, no matter their background or work experience, an opportunity to learn and grow.

Unable to make it to Eau Claire in person? No problem! Toward One Wisconsin 2024 offers a fully hybrid experience, allowing virtual attendees to access keynote addresses, plenary sessions, and breakout presentations remotely.
In addition to the engaging sessions and networking opportunities, attendees will have the opportunity to explore the unique exhibit, “Cultural Threads: Expressing Identity Through Traditional Clothing.” Curated by Mosaic of North Central Wisconsin, this traveling exhibit showcases the diverse cultures of North Central Wisconsin through handmade, authentic traditional cultural clothing worn by a collection of baby dolls.
Join us in Eau Claire, May 7 and 8, for T1W 2024. Together we can work together to foster a culture where everyone in Wisconsin has the opportunity to utilize their experiences, skills, and backgrounds to contribute to a more inclusive and prosperous future.
