Today, our world is facing the largest displacement crisis in recorded history. As the number of men, women and children who have been forced to leave home continues to increase, so too has the need for refugee resettlement services. That’s why in 2023, World Relief Wisconsin expanded and opened a new office in Chippewa Valley. The office is offering resettlement and employment services for refugees.
To support the work of World Relief, Toward One Wisconsin is holding a supply drive during the 2024 conference. If you are able, please bring the following items to the Gibson Room (where registration occurs):
- Shampoo (especially for ethnic hair)
- Body wash (bar of soap is preferred)
- Toothbrushes
- Toothpaste
- Combs
- Hair brushes
- Female Hygiene Products
- Deodorant
- Razors and shaving cream
- Body lotion
- Diapers/wipes/diaper cream
- Plug in Night Lights
- Hangers
- First Aid Kit
