Scholarship Application

If it is difficult for you or your organization to pay the registration fee to attend the Toward One Wisconsin conference, there are scholarships available to help defray the cost. To apply for a scholarship, please click on the link or scan the QR code to complete a short application. All attendees who are offered a scholarship will be asked to pay a $50 deposit. Once you apply, please do not register for the conference until you have received an email notifying you that you have been approved for the scholarship. If approved, additional instructions will be provided on how to register.
