ADDITIONAL NAMED SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

1. Scholarship Support – Conference organizers are committed to ensuring that the conference is inclusive in both word and deed. Specifically, we are reaching out to neighborhood, faith, youth and other community-based leaders and encouraging their participation. Also, some nonprofit organization staff doing work in this area have little funding for conferences or professional development. For this reason, we are seeking to create a robust scholarship fund from which to help attendees who demonstrate need to attend. Sponsors may designate the amount of their contribution they wish to go towards scholarships.

2. Arts and Culture Support – In order to recognize, celebrate, and encourage diversity and inclusivity in all its forms, the conference will organize several diverse art and cultural events, displays, performances and artists in residence. Sponsors may choose to dedicate their funding towards one of several artistic and cultural investments, including artists in residence (THREE at $5,000 each), youth arts and video competition and displays with winners receiving scholarships (TWO at $10,000 each) and special performances (funding levels to be discussed with each sponsor).

3. Sponsored Breakfast, Lunches, or Reception – Sponsors may choose to have unique sponsorship for conference meals. A benefit includes special and exclusive signage and on-screen sponsor recognition featuring ONE sponsor per meal. The available sponsor slots include ONE breakfast ($5,000), TWO lunches (at $5,000 each) and ONE reception ($10,000). They will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

4. Plenary Speakers – We will have four plenary speakers during the conference. Benefits of plenary speaker sponsorships include unique and exclusive signage before and during the plenary talks as well as the opportunity for a sponsor representative to introduce the plenary speaker. FOUR Speaker sponsorship slots are reserved for Presenting Sponsors ($25,000 each) and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

5. Other Opportunities – Sponsors may also work with conference organizers for other unique sponsor opportunities including but not limited to session rooms, special sessions, sub-track event (such as for professional or trade associations or other subgroups. Please contact us (below) for more information.

NOTE: All the benefits associated with Sponsorship Levels indicated above will apply to “Additional Named Sponsorship Opportunities.” For sponsors seeking table displays, the Conference will provide table(s), chairs, wireless internet, and basic electricity usage. Any other material or equipment will be provided by the sponsor unless otherwise indicated by the Wisconsin Institute for Public Policy and Service.
