Conference Cancellation Policy Please note that canceled registrations will be refunded in full if notification is received by Sharon Hunter at email@example.com no later than Friday, March 22, 2019. Cancellations received after this date are subject to the full event fee. Your institution is responsible for payment, even if you do not attend. This cancellation policy reflects unrecoverable expenses such as meeting materials, food, and beverages, which are ordered for you and cannot be refunded. Registrations may be transferrable. Please note that check refunds may take six to eight weeks to process, while credit card refunds may take approximately two to three weeks.
